In 2021, the new aquatics complex with heated year-round swimming at Elevation Athletic Club & World of Tennis was completed.
Signature Dining Experiences
In 2020, a multi-year reinvention project of our private restaurants, The Hills Signature Chophouse, The Den at Flintrock Falls, and Smoked at the Oak, all of which offer elevated and unique dining experiences available to you was completed.
Continued Clubhouse Improvements
In 2022, we initiated a major renovation to The Hills Clubhouse, and Signature Chophouse, restaurant, bar, and patio. It was completed in 2023.
Unmatched Golf Experience
In 2021, we completed the reconstruction of The Hills Signature Course by The Nicklaus Group and created a precision practice facility, which are both crown jewels of the community and the Austin market which improves the value of your home.
